Online Registration

If you choose to do a full online registration, arrangements will have to be made to submit 2 copies of your childs birth certificate.  If your child played for Maltby last season, we still have copies of their Birth Certificate.  Your fund raiser raffle tickets will be mailed to you upon receit of payment.  Everything else can be done here.

Payment of league dues is accepted online via PayPal.  There is a $10 fee for paying online that is listed as shipping and handling (sorry, we have to pass on the fee). The required paperwork can be downloaded here by clicking the links below.  Print the required paperwork, fill it out and mail it in.  The address is on the right.  Any of these documents may also be submitted online by filling them out, printing, scanning and emailing them to MaltbyPresident@gmail.com.  The Player Registration may be submitted online without printing. 

Player Registrations will be accepted before February 1st, 2010. Please make arrangements before then, if necessary.

Checkout is located below the Price Breakdown for each age group.  The league age cut off is May 1st.  Your child's League age is determined by the player's age prior to May 1st (their age on April 30th).  Click here for details about each age group. 

Price Breakdown:

Shetland (6u) --- ($75 league fee) + ($75 fundraiser) = $150 total fee

Pinto (7 & 8) --- ($115 league fee) + ($75 fundraiser) = $190 total fee

Mustang (9 & 10) --- ($155 league fee) + ($100 fundraiser) = $255 total fee

Bronco (11 & 12) --- ($195 league fee) + ($100 fundraiser) = $295 total fee

Pony Cascade (13 & 14) --- ($250 league fee) + ($0 fundraiser, uniforms seperate) = $250 total fee

Pony Olympic (13 & 14) --- ($350 league fee) + ($0 fundraiser, uniforms seperate) = $350 total fee

Colt (15 & 16) --- ($350 league fee) + ($0 fundraiser, uniforms seperate) = $350 total fee
