Evaluations

Hello everyone,

I hope the season is going well for you.  My name is Steve Fishman, President of Maltby Baseball and Umpire Trainer.  I'd appreciate any and all feedback you can offer me about my youth umps (and older ones I guess).  Please download this UmpireEvaluationForm.pdf (56,8 kB) and fill it out for the game in question and RESAVE it in the following format (UmpireEvaluationForm_mmdd.pdf, where "mmdd" are the 2-digit day and month of the game).  Attach this file and email it to me at thecorrectcall@gmail.com.  I will respond in more detail to your questions if you pose them in the evaluations form, I need to get these things filled out.

The feedback system works best if you fill them out regularly as I can track your scores and rate an umps' performance based on your average score.  This detailed evaluations system helps me improve the quality of the umpires during the season and also improve the training program from year-to-year.

Our youth umpires show alot of toughness and courage to go umpire a game in front of everyone.  Thank you in advance for all your support and understanding with our youth umpires.
